Looking for a quick consolidated list of options to play today? Let’s take a look at our CFL Core Plays & Cheat Sheets for DraftKings to help you navigate this week’s slate!

Basic games

QB – Nick Arbuckle $8,500

There are quarterbacks I like better than Arbuckle on this list, but when I factor in salary and matching, Arbuckle is the quarterback I’m going to get the most exposure to. Arbuckle is very affordable with only $8,500 in salary, allowing you to spend on some of the other expensive players in other positions. As for matchups, Arbuckle’s duties on a BC team that allowed the most completions and the third-most passing yards per game a year ago. Did I also mention that Arbuckle, in his limited playing time, was damn good with at least a fantastic 18 points in three of his five games?

RB – Ka’Deem Carey $9,500

Carey is the name everyone will talk about at running back and for good reason. Carey rushed for 986 yards last season while adding 29 receptions for 213 total yards and nine touchdowns. Carey produced double-digit fantasy points in ten of his 14 games and averaged 15.06 fantasy points per game a year ago, which was the most among running backs a year ago. Carey is also in a great game against Montreal. Montreal finished dead last in yards per carry and touchdowns last season. In his only game against them last season, Carey had a fantastic 22.1 points, which was his fourth-highest of the season.

WR- Drew Wolitarsky $4,300

I wanted to write Lucky Whitehead who is our favorite player in the CFL at FantasyCruncher but it’s really hard to support his salary this week. While I think Whitehead will be well worth his pay, the problem will be how can you afford him. Enter Wolitarsky at $4,3000 salary. Wolitarsky isn’t a marquee player and he didn’t set the league on fire last season by just producing more than ten fantastic points twice in 14 games, but what Wolitarsky lacked last cap he did. more than compensated in its soil. Wolitarsky had at least two catches in all but one game last season and drove in at least three fantasy runs in all but one game last season. Wolitarsky’s floor should also be a bit higher this season as Winnipeg’s offense is expected to be more of a passing offense this season after averaging 28.1 pass attempts per game last season.
